Vtg Speed Mat 300 King I Bicycle

This is a vintage KING I / SPEED MAT bike / bicycle accessory part that I found at a Seattle area estate sale. It is a SPEED MAT 300 Model, 0-40 Speedometer & 28" S.K.S. Cable & mounting bracket (see pictures). It is in very good lightly used working condition (see pictures). No major wear, no chips, no cracks (see pictures). This vintage old school bicycle speedometer head & cable comes as shown in the pictures.
